Does it not fit? Or is it not quite what you expected?
No problem — exchanges are possible up to 30 days after delivery of your product.

There are a few conditions:

  • The labels must still be attached to the garment.

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.

Return Information

You may return the received goods within 30 days without stating a reason. This period starts after receipt of the product. The return shipment is at the customer’s expense; the costs for any replacement shipment will be covered by onbike.nl.

Please try on your clothing before removing any labels, as these are part of the warranty.
Unfortunately, garments without labels cannot be returned.

Our shipping packaging is also suitable for return shipments. In addition to the 30-day return right, you are of course entitled to the statutory warranties:

  • You have a 1-year warranty on all clothing.

  • The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents.

  • Please keep your (digital) receipt for warranty claims, as the invoice date marks the start of the warranty period.

  • In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will refund the purchase price of the product as well as the shipping costs incurred by the customer.
